PromptAlert hits 1 million transactions!

We have made many improvements to the PromptAlert system in the last 9 months.

We have introduced two new portals using DotNetNuke technology - a client self-serve portal and a partner portal to support our business partners.

We have introduced JBoss into our architecture to enhance the scalability of our appointment confirmation engine.

We have introduced a new product line to allow us to provide additional levels of flexibility in our communication to our new lines of business.

We also continue to enhance our patent-pending technologies via PatientPrompt.com.

We have started the migration from .NET 2.0 to 3.5 utilizing some of the fantastic new features such as WCF and WWF.

We are happy to announce that we have taken an equity position in PromptAlert.com and will be devoting a great deal of time over the next year to product development for PromptAlert.com.

Volumes on the PromptAlert system have been growing exponentially. We have been busy adding scalability features to the applications including a lot of queuing and asynchronous processes. Processing is now scaled across different hosts. We also implemented an Wiki for internal documentation of the applications.

At Chubb we have been busy with .NET 2.0 upgrades for a number of the core applications. We are also looking at implementing AJAX in a number of modules. We also have implemented a object mapping model (domain model) using nHibernate for one of the newer applications. We are also starting phase 2 of the online quoting application.

We have been assisting the RetirementAdvisor.ca group with the migration to Websphere 6.1 as well as automating a number of ant tasks. We are also looking into retrofitting an object model using Hibernate.

The Retirement Planner software for Sun Life Financial Canada is now in production.

We recently made changes to the custom authentication provider for DBRS to facilitate their clustered environment.

The PromptAlert.com XMLSync bridge is now live. Seemless updates of dental packages from our messaging engine!

Enhancements to the JMS Email Server for DBRS.

We are adding a client update facility to the XMLSync bridge for PromptAlert.com. When this is complete, it should offer a service unique in the industry!

JWS engaged to work on Retirement Planner software for Sun Life Financial Canada. This work will involve migrating the existing Retirement Planner software from Oracle to SQL Server and from Websphere to Weblogic

Version 1.0 of the Medisoft PromptAlert XMLSync engine is complete. This will allow PromptAlert to integrate with Medisoft to alert clients of appointments via automated voice calls, SMS messages or email.
